Purposes of Use
If you provide us with personal data, e.g., via chat, contact form, or telephone communication, we use this data for customer communication and management to the extent necessary.
Data collected via the contact form is used to process your inquiry and to contact you regarding your request.
*All references to EU GDPR shall be deemed to also include references to the UK GDPR equivalent.
Types/Categories of Data
The specific data collected via contact forms or chats can be found in the respective form, including which fields are mandatory or optional. These data are used solely to respond to your inquiry and for communication and related technical administration.
Additionally, we process further data in the context of our business relationship with you, including:
- Data from postal and telephone communication.
Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your inquiry aims at concluding a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) EU GDPR* also applies.
Voluntarily provided personal data is processed based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) EU GDPR*).
Deletion of Your Personal Data
Your data will be deleted after your inquiry has been fully processed, unless legal retention obligations apply.
For contact via web form:
- In cases of complaints or liability, data is retained for 3 years.
- If you withdraw your consent, your data will be deleted immediately unless further processing is legally required.
Please note: Withdrawal of consent applies only to future processing. Past processing remains unaffected. Withdrawal may limit our ability to provide services.
Further storage may occur if required by laws or regulations in the EU/UK or third countries with adequate data protection levels. If deletion is not possible, data will be marked to restrict further processing.
Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties; Social Plugins; Use of Service Providers
Based on your consent when filling out the contact form, you can choose to have your inquiry forwarded to a specific dealer to contact you.
